No-Refund Conditions

1. For you left the wrong customized information and address,we will provide you with a 30% discount code, please contact our customer service to obtain a discount code.
2. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 30% cancellation fee.
3.Orders can be refunded within 7 days of receipt . Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

 We will not accept returns in the following conditions:
 1. Items outside the 7 days warranty time-frame.
 2. Washed, worn, used or misused items.
 3. Custom or made-to-order items  can only be returned or exchanged if only it is defective or incorrect item.
 4. If the personalization information you left is wrong, we will not return or replace the items, please check the personalization information consciously when placing an order.

Returns Process & Time-Frame

1. Please contact our customer service and indicate the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
2. After receiving return instructions from us, please pack up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing..
3. Add your order number inside the parcel. (Simply go to My Account, click your Order History, select the right order number, and write it down or print it out)
4. Drop off your package at the local post office. Take down the return tracking number and send it to our service team.

Please allow 7 to 15 business days for return package in transit, plus an additional 5 to 7 business days for us to process your return parcel arrived at our Fulfillment Center. We'll email you once we process your return or exchange. Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

For credit card refunds, please allow between 7-14 business days for the transaction to process. 
For PayPal refunds, please allow up to 48 hours for the transaction to appear in your account. 

Return Shipping Costs & Address 

We aim to offer services that will benefit all of our loyal customers. All of our other worldwide customers can return to our warehouse.
1. All shipping fees are at the customers expense. This includes shipping fees for a return or exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
2. Please contact your local post office to confirm the actual return shipping fee. We recommend you use the cheapest registered airmail method that is available.
